A recent prompt I gave ChatGPT
I wrote the below entirely whilst listening to Rick Ross and Meek Mill, on a flight to Singapore, on my way to see my friend Balaji (of Coinbase, a16z, and the “Network State” concept, amongst other things), at his conference that’s basically about violent robots, in a way, lol. Enjoy:
I want to really start understanding the true nature of being a king that the kings, pharaohs, etc embodied because I think living truly freely is such an important interesting concept.
I think that kings weren’t free from their own minds, but they were free of most shackles, metaphorically, so there are probably many interesting lessons buried within analysis of their lives.
I mean look, they were free… financially… but still probably had fear of perception. Except for the ones that understood the concept of maya/the other side. They were probably more wise than those white mfs in the UK and Greece or whatever who liked to watch slaves fight or something in coliseums? Lmao, cool, we see you… and we’re patient, lol.
🤫
So anyway, there’s gotta be some really crazy cool shit these mfs did and fr like I wanna know the deep deep cuts here, and wouldn’t mind some deep analysis about what x or y behavior might mean about human nature, maybe analyze it through the lenses of some biology, psychology, philosophy, or genetics, as you (the ai) see fit such that I end up learning a crazy amount of insane, deep shit about human nature, king-ly behavior, and what humans will want to do after UBI (hopefully) hits to solve the anarchy that seems like it may be coming when the labor participation rate goes from 60.4% down to like, idk, 40%, from the confluence of like 500 big industries all hitting inflection points on their respective S-curves of technological progress. Which is ubiquitous across every industry.
I mean c’mon everyone; it’s not ai, it’s smart machines/robots, and we can’t afford to keep believing this logical fallacy that past behavior is a predictor of future events. The fate of the world depends on getting this one right, lol. It’s called a:
“normalcy fallacy”
If you want the link to what ChatGPT said back to me (because it has all the context of all the other shit I talk to it about), feel free to text or email or LinkedIn message me.
Credit to Hunter Isaacson for re-discovering the concept of patience, referenced above. Because credit is important.
